1. Consultation
Start with a consultation. We take a detailed history, perform a focused physical exam, and use bedside ultrasound to assess the involved area. Prior imaging is reviewed when available. If appropriate the injection may be provided at the same visit. Otherwise we schedule a follow-up appointment based on your plan

2. Procedure day
The area is cleaned and mapped with ultrasound. Local anesthetic is used for comfort. The medication is placed precisely at the target under ultrasound visualization. Treatment usually takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many regions are treated and whether numbing or a small nerve block is needed before the injection.

3. Aftercare and follow up
Most patients return to light activity the same day. A short flare is possible for 24 to 48 hours. Your plan may include activity modification and exercises to support recovery.
