Our Approach

1. Consultation
We take a detailed history, perform a focused physical exam, and use bedside ultrasound to map the involved joint, tendon, or ligament. Prior imaging is reviewed when available. If appropriate, injections may be provided at the same visit. Otherwise, we schedule a follow-up appointment.

2. Procedure day
Durolane is delivered as a single, ultrasound-guided intra-articular injection. Steroid can be added to the injection if desired.
SportVis is delivered as a series around the injured soft tissue. The usual protocol is two ultrasound-guided treatments 1 to 2 weeks apart.

3. Aftercare and follow up
Most patients resume light activity the same day. Your plan may include activity modification, targeted rehab, or complementary therapies to support results.
