Medical Weight Management

A structured program for people who want a safer, clearer path to lasting weight change. Care begins with a General Health Consultation followed by targeted LifeLabs testing to understand your metabolism, hormones, and nutrient status. From there, we build a plan that fits your goals, medical history, and day-to-day life.

What makes this program different

  • Precision testing first. We use private LifeLabs panels when indicated to assess insulin dynamics, lipids, thyroid, iron, vitamins, and inflammation.

  • Individualized planning. Nutrition, supplements, activity, sleep, stress, and medications are integrated in one plan that you can actually follow.

  • Measured and monitored. We set clear targets, track results, and adjust your plan at regular follow-ups.

Our Approach

  • 1. Consultation

A 60-minute General Health Consultation reviews symptoms, history, risks, and goals. Bring any recent labs or imaging.

  • 2. Metabolic assessment

LifeLabs testing when indicated to clarify drivers of weight gain or plateaus.

  • 3. Personalized plan

We offer both medication and lifestyle paths, and can combine them as needed.

Medication assisted: GLP-1 or dual GLP-1/GIP therapies when appropriate with close monitoring. Low-and-slow dosing, optional micro-starts, nutrition and activity coaching included.

Natural: Nutrition, resistance training, sleep and stress support with optional L-carnitine injections and evidence-based supplements.

Hybrid: A personalized mix of lifestyle strategies and prescriptions when indicated.

  • 4. Follow-up and monitoring

Regular visits to review progress, adjust dose or strategy, support side-effect management, and repeat key labs when needed.
